This issue is a special edition featuring a selection of some of the papers presented at the Birkbeck Law Review's inaugural conference on the theme of 'Privacy and Surveillance' that took place in London on October 31st and November 1st 2014.
The issue opens with the keynote speeches of Dr Mark Ellis, Executive Director of the International Bar Association, and Micheal Vonn, Policy Director of the British Columbia Civil Liberties Association.
