Call for Submissions
The Birkbeck Law Review is issuing a call for submissions for its premiere issue launching April 2013. The editorial team invites submissions from all areas of law that are original and make a detailed contribution to its field of legal study.
Published by the Birkbeck Law Society, the Birkbeck Law Review is the first student managed law journal at Birkbeck College, University of London. It will feature thought provoking pieces written by students, faculty and legal practitioners in an annual publication.
Submissions Guidelines
Article selections will be made by our editorial team through a double blind review process based on the clarity, originality and scholarship of each piece. We encourage submissions from all legal disciplines, including shorter pieces that can lead to further discussion.
Deadline for Submissions: 28 Feb 2013
Notification of Acceptance: 22 Mar 2013

Submissions Criteria
Articles, book reviews, case studies and commentaries are acceptable material for submission. All submissions should be between 4,000 and 10,000 words (slightly less for book reviews and commentaries) and must be submitted online through our electronic submissions system at bbklr.org. Documents must only include identifying information on the cover page.
